A Private Session meets you where you are for a single, powerful activation to shift what is ready to move. The Remembering is a 12-week initiation journey for those who feel deeply called to return to their cosmic truth.
Drawing on 8 years of facilitation, each week focuses on a specific energy centre. Through direct transmission, we awaken Kundalini, the energy of cosmic consciousness, within each chakra, dissolving deep-seated emotional blockages and anchoring cosmic consciousness into your physical body and daily life.
Preparation: Earth Anchoring
Before we begin our 12-week initiation journey, we will anchor your energy field directly into the Earth Star chakra, stabilising your nervous system and establishing a grounded physical container to prepare your body for the Kundalini awakening journey. This preparation session is scheduled one week before your 12-week initiation journey begins.

1 Preparation session + 12 weekly 1:1 Kundalini Activations (60 minutes each via Zoom), focused entirely on direct Kundalini transmission dedicated to that week's chakra.
Between-session support for integration questions as they come up, not just during our scheduled hour.
